Testimonials

"“I feel blessed to have found Ella and Underground Yoga. Ella is extremely kind, caring, enthusiastic and patient. Everything you could ask for in a yoga teacher. Her beginner’s course is over several weeks so you can learn yoga in a slow and safe manner. Meditation has been a game changer for me and my anxiety/PTSD. Next up Yin Yoga! Can’t wait to start! Best journey I have ever allowed myself to take. Do something special for yourself and call Ella to begin your own yoga journey, you won’t regret it! "

"One of my favorite places to go to get grounded and reset. I leave the studio a new person! Ella is wonderful to work with and is always able to personalize the session. Highly recommend! "

-Cait, YOGA PRACTITIONER

"Ella is a fantastic Yoga instructor! I am new to yoga and have been intimidated about taking yoga classes, but Ella is a wonderfully talented instructor and has made me feel incredibly comfortable. I start the class all wound up from the days stress and leave feeling like a new woman ~ I swear this class takes years off my face. Also worth noting, her studio is very clean and comfortable. "

ABOUT ME:

Hi, I'm Eleonora, but I go by Ella.

Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to learn a bit more about who I am and what I do.

I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher and have been teaching yoga since 2015. I received my 200 hours of Teacher Training by Body Balance Yoga School of Yoga Therapy in Cleveland, OH and in addition I have 200 hours of Teacher Training with Holistic Yoga Flow a method based around Power Vinyasa, teaching methodology, subtle anatomy and philosophy on yoga.

Through yoga and meditation I have learned to manage seizures brought on by Epilepsy and ease symptoms of menopause that was brought on by an early stage of Endometrial Cancer.

I have a friend who said to my husband as we were going through this "Your story isn't over!" I thought wow, a true definition of hope and faith. I have been so blessed and continue to be blessed by family and friends who stand by me as I enter another chapter in my life.

I have yet so much to accomplish and, yes, my story isn't over it's just begun.

Frequently asked questions

Fill out your waiver online and please bring a mat and a water bottle. I don't provide yoga mats. You may leave your mat at the studio for next time use if you choose to. I do have students that prefer to leave their mat.
I teach a variety of classes. Meditation, yin yoga, gentle yoga and power yoga.
Please speak to your physician first to find out if yoga is for you. If you are a beginner, I would start you off with a beginner's class and you can work your way up depending on the practice that you are interested in.
Expect a little soreness. Strength and flexibility comes with time and you take it easy until your body adjusts to the poses and you can practice them with ease.
